ADA receives clean coal technology supply contract

ADA-ES (Highlands Ranch, CO), an equipment and clean coal technology provider for the coal and specialty chemical industries, announced it has been awarded a contract to supply activated carbon injection (ACI) and dry sorbent injection (DSI) systems for installation at two coal-fired plants. The $8.5-million contract was awarded by an unnamed air pollution company and is effective immediately—with deliveries beginning in fourth-quarter 2013 and first-quarter 2014, the company says.
