ACC’s legislative and regulatory priorities for 2012 include continued work on legislation for revising the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and improvements to the U.S. EPA’s Integrated Risk Information System (IRIS), as well as advocacy work related to energy supply and state and federal policies related to hydraulic fracturing.
