Industry welcomes latest bipartisan TSCA reform bill

US Senators David Vitter (R-LA) and Tom Udall (D-NM) today introduced the Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act, major bipartisan legislation aimed at updating the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) of 1976.
