TSCA reform discussion draft introduced in House

The House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Environment and the Economy announced their own bipartisan version of TSCA reform, as a similar bill works its way through the Senate.  A legislative hearing on the discussion draft, introduced 7 Aprll by committee chair Rep. John Shimkus (R-IL), will be held next Tuesday, 14 April. The draft builds off of the subcommittee’s work to reform chemical management last Congress and further bipartisan negotiations this year.
