U.S. Senator Advances Bid to Halt EPA Climate Regs

U.S. Senator Lisa Murkowski (R., AK) has formally introduced a resolution to reverse EPA’s recent decision which determined greenhouse gas (GHGs) emissions endanger public health. The Murkowski resolution challenges EPA’s so-called “endangerment finding” which is the first step toward regulating GHGs under the agency’s existing Clean Air Act authority.
