U.S. House Panel Passes CFATS Extension9:23 AM MDT | June 6, 2011 | Vincent Valk A bill extending the current Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards Act (CFATS) through 2018 has passed the U.S. House Energy and Commerce Committee and now awaits consideration by the full House of Representatives. The bill was introduced by Rep. Tim Murphy (R-PA) and Rep. Gene Green (D-TX).
