CSB to Investigate BP's Deepwater Horizon Accident

Members of the House Energy and Commerce Committee have asked the Chemical Safety and Hazard Identification Board (CSB; Washington) to investigate  the April 20 blowout of BP’s Deepwater Horizon rig which killed 11.
