CSB Details Plans for BP Rig Blowout Investigation

The Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board (CSB; Washington) says it will have to suspend or cancel smaller investigations and will need some additional funding in order to properly investigate the April blowout of BP’s Deepwater Horizon rig, which killed 11.
