CFATS Bill Clears U.S. Senate Committee11:40 AM MDT | August 2, 2010 | KARA SISSELL The Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee has unanimously approved legislation that would extend the U.S. chemical plant security statute for three years, to October 4, 2013.
