Bridge collapse causes train carrying vinyl chloride to derail3:06 PM MST | December 3, 2012 | Vincent Valk A train derailment in Paulsboro, NJ has caused potentially hazardous vinyl chloride to spill into local air and water, reports say. The derailment, caused by the collapse of a rail bridge in the southern New Jersey town, sent 22 people to an area hospital. Residents in the surrounding neighborhood were also evacuated.
