BP Asks OSHA for More Time for Texas City Upgrades1:25 PM MDT | September 28, 2009 | KARA SISSELL BP has asked OSHA for more time to make mandated safety improvements at its Texas City complex, after missing the September 23 deadline OSHA had stipulated as part of BP’s settlement agreement with authorities.
