U.K. Officials Seek One Year Delay to Reach Deadline

Vince Cable, the U.K. governmentâ€™s business secretary, and Caroline Spelman, environment secretary, have called on the European Commission to postpone the November 30 registration deadline for the European Unionâ€™s (EU) Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals (Reach) program by one year.
