The substances have been proposed because of their potentially serious effects on human health or the environment. Stakeholders have until October 14 of this year to comment on the proposals. The 11 substances are 1,2,3-trichlorobenzene; 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene; 1,3,5-trichlorobenzene; cobalt (II) sulfate; cobalt (II) dinitrate; cobalt (II) carbonate...
