Reach: Eleven New Substances Proposed for ECHA Candidate List

European Union member states Austria, Germany, and the Netherlands have proposed that 11 chemicals should be classified as Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) and become candidates for Reach authorization. The substances have been proposed because of their potentially serious effects on human health or the environment.
