Reach: EU Lists 4,415 Chemicals to be Registered by December 1, 2010

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA; Helsinki) has published a list of 4,415 chemicals that it says should be registered under the Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation (Reach) program by December 1, 2010.
