Firms Struggle to Cope with EU’s Labelling Regulation

The European Union’s (EU) Classification, Labelling and Packaging (CLP) regulation, which requires chemical companies to relabel their products according to new criteria and in many cases provide more safety information, is emerging as a major administrative burden for the chemical industry with little obvious benefit, according to Jo Lloyd, director/ReachReady (London).
