Firms Struggle to Cope with EUâ€™s Labelling Regulation

The European Unionâ€™s (EU) Classification, Labelling and Packaging (CLP) regulation, which requires chemical companies to relabel their products according to new criteria and in many cases provide more safety information, is emerging as a major administrative burden for the chemical industry with little obvious benefit, according to Jo Lloyd, director/ReachReady (London).
