European NGOs accuse ECHA of failing to enforce Reach regulation

Two NGOs, the European Environmental Bureau (EEB; Brussels) and ClientEarth (London), have jointly released a report in which they accuse the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA; Helsinki) of using its resources to keep information from the public, while the chemical industry was largely failing to provide ECHA with the necessary data to make the European Union's (EU) Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation, and Restriction of Chemicals (Reach) regulation work.
