ECHA to Add Eight Substances to Reach ‘High Concern’ List1:19 PM MST | December 6, 2010 | Alex Scott The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA; Helsinki) says it will add eight Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) to its list of substances to be controlled under the Authorisation component of the European Union’s (EU) Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals (Reach) program.
