ECHA opens public consultation on 45 testing proposals for 25 substances

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA; Helsinki) has opened a 45-day public consultation on a total of 45 testing proposals for 25 substances. The hazard endpoints for which vertebrate testing was proposed are sub-chronic toxicity (90-day), oral and inhalation; genetic toxicity in vivo; reproductive toxicity (pre-natal developmental toxicity, and two-generation reproductive toxicity); bioaccumulation aquatic, sediment; and long0-term toxicity to fish.
