ECHA Ramps Up Outreach for Reach, CLP

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA; Helsinki) has initiated a public relations campaign in an attempt to encourage chemical companies to take a more pragmatic approach toward participation in the Reach program and comply with the Classification, Labelling and Packaging (CLP) regulation. The first Reach registration for chemical substances is November 30.
