EnviroTech :: Regulatory :: Regulatory: REACH ECHA Flags Six-Month Deadline Notification for Substances on Candidate List9:11 AM MST | November 23, 2011 | Alex Scott The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA; Helsinki), has flagged to producers and importers of chemicals in Europe that they must notify ECHA if their products contain any of seven substances included in the candidate list published in June 2011. Companies have until December 20 of this year to make the notification. The seven substances are 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid di-C6-8-branched alkyl esters, C7-rich, as well as 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid, di-C7-11-branched and linear alkyl esters; 1,2,3-trichloropropane; 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone; hydrazine; strontium...
