ECHA Agrees to Publish Names of Companies Producing Toxic Chemicals in Europe

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA; Helsinki), under pressure from environmental groups, has agreed to publish the names of companies producing chemicals classified under the Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals (Reach) program as substances of very high concern (SVHC).
