ECHA recommends 10 substances for Reach authorization

The European Chemicals Agency (Helsinki) has recommended a further 10 substances of very high concern (SVHC) for authorization under the European Union's Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation, and Restriction of Chemicals (Reach) legislation. The SVHCs were already included on ECHA's candidate list for authorization under Reach.
