EnviroTech :: Regulatory :: Regulatory: Pesticides EPA Signs Off on Endocrine Test Orders11:05 AM MDT | October 16, 2009 | Kara Sissell EPA says it will sign off on two Federal Register notices that will start the regulatory clock for industry’s obligations under the agency’s Endocrine Disruptor Screening Program (EDSP). Following publication of the notices, EPA will send out testing data collection orders for 67 substances that EPA identified last April. EPA says about 750 test orders, know as “data call-ins,” will be issued. Upon receipt of the call-ins, companies will have 90 days to respond to EPA explaining how they plan to deal with the test data requirements...
