EPA Advanced Rule Notice Seeks Input on Inert Pesticide Ingredient Disclosure

EPA has issued an advanced notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPR) seeking comment pesticide manufacturers and other stakeholders on a range of issues related to the agency’s plans to require disclosure of inert, or inactive, ingredients in pesticides. The rulemaking is the follow-up to EPA’s announcement last September that it would consider requiring disclosure of inert ingredients.
