Court Denies Amvac Fungicide Petition

The U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia has denied American Vanguard’s (Amvac; Newport Beach, CA) petition for  temporary relief from a stop sale order U.S. EPA issued last month for the fungicide pentachloronitrobenzene (PNCB). However, the company says all legal avenues have not closed and that it is free to seek a preliminary injunction.
