EPA proposes labeling changes for minimum risk pesticides

US EPA has proposed a rule that would revise labeling requirements for certain active and inert ingredients in minimum risk pesticides. The proposal applies to products that EPA may exempt from requirements under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). However, EPA says it is important to note the agency is only providing clarity concerning the ingredients that are currently used in exempted products and is not proposing to add or remove ingredients from the list.
