Syngenta Files Suit Against Bunge for Refusing GM Corn1:23 PM MDT | August 29, 2011 | Rebecca Coons Syngenta says it has filed suit against Bunge North America (St. Louis) over the grain processors’ refusal to accept Syngenta’s Agrisure Viptera genetically modified (GM) corn. Syngenta says the crop has been approved for planting in the U.S. and for imports into all major markets recommended by the National Corn Growers Association and the Biotechnology Industry Organization.
