Süd-Chemie Responds to Patent Infringement Claims

Süd-Chemie says it intends a “full and vigorous defense” against claims by specialty packaging solutions firm CSP Technologies (Auburn, IL) that Süd-Chemie infringed upon patents related to “resealable moisture tight containers for strips and the like having a lip snap seal.” The products involved are containers and their lids that “enhance the stability and shelf life of package contents, CSP says.
