Republicans, Obama Seek Dismissal of GHG Nuisance Case

Representatives Fred Upton (R., MI) and Ed Whitfield (R., KY), along with Senator James Inhofe (R., OK), have sided with the Obama administration in a Supreme Court case that will determine whether states can pursue public nuisance claims related to greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
