Parties prepare for arguments in Bowman v. Monsanto

The Supreme Court next month will hear arguments in a landmark case that will determine intellectual property rights involving unauthorized reuse of Monsanto’s genetically modified seed traits. The case, Bowman v. Monsanto, involves an Indiana grower who purchased Roundup Ready seeds on the commodity market.
