New Jersey’s Board of Public Utilities Defers ‘Stranded Costs’ Motion

Chemistry Council of New Jersey (CCNJ; Trenton) says it is disappointed by the state’s Board of Public Utilities’ deferral of a motion asking for mandatory relief from Public Service Electric & Gas (PSE&G) utility involving collection of stranded cost surcharges.
