Monsanto Sues DuPont Over Seed Development Technology

Monsanto has filed suit against DuPont and its Pioneer Hi-Bred seeds business for infringing a laser-assisted seed chipping technique that Monsanto says greatly speeds the development and breeding of genetically modified seeds.
