Jury Awards DuPont $920 Million in Trade Secrets Case

A federal jury has awarded DuPont $919.9 million in compensatory damages in a lawsuit against Kolon Industries over the theft of trade secrets and confidential information related to DuPont’s aramid fiber technology.
