Industry Wins Styrene Listing Lawsuit2:01 PM MST | December 7, 2009 | KARA SISSELL Industry has won its bid to stop state regulators from listing styrene as a carcinogen under the Proposition 65 labeling law. The Styrene Information Research Center (SRIC; Alexandria) had sued the California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA; Sacramento) after it proposed to list styrene as a carcinogen under the Prop 65 law.
