EPA Delays Release Date for Ozone NAAQS Rule

EPA says it will not meet its July 29 target date for releasing a final rule revising the National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) for ozone. The ozone NAAQS was last updated in 2008 and under normal circumstances would not be revisited until 2013.
