DuPont and Toray File Patent Suit Against Ube

DuPont-Toray, a 50:50 joint venture between DuPont and Toray Industries, has filed a lawsuit against Ube Industries in Tokyo District Court alleging infringement of polyimide film chip-on-flex (COF) electronic circuit technology.
