DuPont JV Suing Gevo for Patent Infringement

Butamax Advanced Biofuel (Wilmington, DE), a joint venture formed between DuPont and BP, says it filed a patent infringement suit on January 14 against newly public isobutanol producer Gevo (Englewood, CO).
