DuPont and Koch Industries (Wichita, KS) subsidiary Invista say they have signed a settlement agreement resolving three existing lawsuits between the companies concerning polymers technology, adiponitrile (ADN) technology and disputes related to existing supply agreements. DuPont filed a lawsuit against Invista in 2008 alleging that Invista infringed upon DuPont patents and misappropriated trade secrets and proprietary information as part of an effort by Invista to enter the nylon engineering polymers market.
