DuPont, Heraeus settle solar pastes patent dispute

DuPont and Heraeus Precious Metals North America Conshohocken announced today that they have settled all pending patent claims between them regarding the photovoltaic paste business. According to DuPont, neither DuPont nor Heraeus made any admission of liability with respect to today's announcement except to say that Heraeus is licensed under the patents at issue. Other terms of the settlement between the parties are confidential, DuPont adds.
