Court rules Dow seed does not infringe Bayer CropScience patents

Dow AgroSciences announced today that it has won a second lawsuit in a patent infringement fray with Bayer CropScience over Dow’s Enlist herbicide-resistant technology. Bayer CropScience filed the suit in January 2012, alleging that Dow AgroSciences’ intention to sell Enlist E3 soybean seed infringed several of its glyphosate tolerance patents.
