Court Dismisses Corporate Espionage Suit Targeting Dow, Sasol

The U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia has dismissed a lawsuit filed by Greenpeace alleging Dow Chemical, Condea Vista, since acquired by Sasol, two public relations firms and a private security company conspired to interfere with Greenpeace’s campaigns related to the companies’ operations.
