Court Decision Allows EPA to Proceed With Takeover of Texas Air Permit Program

A federal appeals court has rejected a bid by Texas state officials who sought a legal stay that would have prevented EPA’s takeover of the state’s air permitting program until the state’s legal challenge is decided.
