Court Asked to Force Release of U.S. EPA Ozone Rule12:21 PM MDT | August 11, 2011 | Kara Sissell A coalition of advocacy groups has petitioned a U.S. appeals court to force EPA to release its final rule revising the National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) for ozone. The petition argues that EPA’s repeated missed deadlines merit a court order forcing EPA to release the rule.
