China's investigation confirms dumping of TDI by EU

The Chinese government says that the previously announced investigation by The Ministry of Commerce, PRC (Mofcom; Beijing) found that the European Union has been dumping toluene diisocyanate (TDI) in the Chinese market. The antidumping investigation into imports of TDI from the European Union was launched in March 2012. The investigation found imported TDI from the European Union was priced as low as 37.7% below normal prices, and that such dumping has affected TDI producers in China, the government says.
