China slaps antidumping duties on toluidine from EU

China’s Ministry of Commerce (Mofcom; Beijing) will impose antidumping duties on imports of toluidine from the European Union (EU), for five years starting 27 June 2013. An antidumping investigation was launched in June 2012 following complaints from Chinese manufacturers of toluidine, and Mofcom imposed provisional antidumping duties on imports of toluidine from the EU starting 1 March 2013.
