The antidumping duties were removed on July 22, 2011. China had imposed the antidumping duties for five years starting 2006. Mofcom announced in January 2011 that it plans to remove the antidumping measures on July 22 and that, industrial representatives and companies in China could file applications to Mofcom, to review the duties.
