BASF to Pay More Than $1 Million to Settle Alleged Clean Air Violations

U.S. EPA Region V says it has reached an agreement with BASF to settle alleged Clean Air Act violations at BASF’s Wyandotte, MI facility, requiring BASF to pay more than $1 million in penalties and environmental improvement projects.
