Argentine Court Convicts Two in Landmark Glyphosate Decision11:50 AM MDT | August 27, 2012 | Kara Sissell Justices in Córdoba, Argentina, have convicted a soybean grower and an aerial herbicide applicator for sprayings of glyphosate and endosulfan without authorization near the neighborhood of Ituzaingó Anexo, on the outskirts of Córdoba. A third defendant, another soybean grower, was exonerated because of lack of evidence.
