Other legislative priorities for 2011 session include measures to postpone greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions rules for stationary sources and revisions to make EPA’s Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT) requirements for industrial boilers. Dooley says industry executives have cited uncertainties related to the GHG regulations and the boiler regulations as top reasons for deciding to locate investments...
