ACC’s 2011 Agenda to Focus on TSCA, Boiler Regulations

ACC president and CEO Cal Dooley says industry will not back away from efforts begun this year to overhaul the Toxic Substances Reform Act (TSCA). Other legislative priorities for 2011 session include measures to postpone greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions rules for stationary sources and revisions to make EPA’s Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT) requirements for industrial boilers.
