TSCA reform, energy policy top ACC’s agenda

ACC president and CEO Cal Dooley yesterday outlined a number of key policy issues, including an overhaul of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), a comprehensive energy policy, and the removal of barriers to trade as ACC’s top 2014 advocacy priorities.
