EnviroTech :: Regulatory :: Regulatory: Legal China reviews antidumping measures on MEK from Japan, Taiwan7:59 AM MST | November 27, 2012 | Deepti Ramesh China's Ministry of Commerce (Mofcom; Beijing) says that it began a final review of antidumping measures on methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) imported from Japan and Taiwan, on 21 November 2012. The review will be completed before 21 November 2013. China imposed antidumping duties on MEK from Japan, Taiwan, and Singapore for five years starting 21 November 2007. Chinese MEK manufacturers, on 20 September 2012, applied for a final review of antidumping measures against imports of MEK from Japan and Taiwan, and requested to continue the antidumping measures, Mofcom says...
